This is a new LAW mouthpiece I received in the mail yesterday from Lawrence Waldron in the UK. This is similar to the LAW Buzzer Prototype I played earlier. I’m not sure what the difference is but this one is plated where as the other one was raw brass because it was a prototype. This piece has a high baffle on it but a big chamber so although it is brighter it still has a nice fat sound to it.
Maybe it’s because of the plating but it seems to sound a bit smoother to me than the raw brass piece I played on the last sound clip.
