This is a piece I bought about 4 years ago. I got caught up in the whole “slant” hard rubber link thing and I emailed a guy who had a slant. He had just sold it but said he had this piece that was as good or better than any slant he had ever played. Supposedly it has the same dimensions as a slant but has a straight signature on the top. The Duo sound clips on my website are with this mouthpiece before I sent it to Jon Van Wie. I sent 4 pieces at different times to Jon Van Wie and with this one he called me and said “This is the real deal” “This mouthpiece is great”(He didn’t say that about the other pieces I sent him) I actually don’t play this piece too much. It plays great though and has a big rich sound. There’s nothing better than a great hard rubber link!

That’s great! Sure, you can send me some photos although I get as confused as anyone when it comes to recognizing a HR Link. I’ve seen so many over the years that are claimed to be from the “Slant” mold that are all different now I’m confused also……..Congrats on the new mouthpiece……..
