Description
This is one of the first lessons I do with adult beginner improvisers. In this lesson I teach about Major Scales, how to learn them and practice them. I talk in depth about the theory behind them and give some hints and tips on how to memorize them. I also demonstrate how to start improvising using these scales with music. This is a great introductory lesson to build a foundation for someone who wants to become a great improviser. I also include a pdf of all 12 major scales and how I have my students practice them.
