In this Tune of the Week lesson, I tackle the beautiful standard Black Orpheus by Luiz Bonfa. This standard is a must know jazz standard and is found in most Real Books.

I work through the song starting with the melody and then talk through each chord and the devices and concepts I use on them.  I demonstrate soloing in this song on the tenor saxophone with a play along and teach you the concepts I use to improvise over this great standard.
