The Mixolydian Scale Lesson

Description

In this lesson I introduce you to the Mixolydian Mode of the major scale.  I teach you how to create this scale in each key and where to use it.  I demonstrate how to use it and practice it to some backing tracks so that you hear how the notes fit with the harmony.  I talk about practicing so that you learn to create meaningful melodic phrases with the scale.  I demonstrate everything on my tenor saxophone so that you can hear the examples as I teach.
