This is a beginner improviser series for tenor sax. In this series of lessons I will take you from the very beginning and teach you how to improvise.

In this lesson 10B, I show you how to review the previous lessons material by running through the chords and scales learned so far. I talk about different ways the material can be used while reviewing it as well as the importance of creating melodic ideas while improvising. I pick a few melodic ideas to demonstrate how to work on these kind of ideas and build a melodic vocabulary. My goal with these series of lessons is too teach you all the basic chords and scales in every key and get you improvising in a fluent way over some common jazz standards.  I demonstrate all the material on my tenor saxophone.
