Description

In this lesson, I teach you the importance of locking in your groove over funk and pop music. Internalizing the beat and subdivisions so that your improvisations are tight and locked in to the groove you are playing to is so important. This is one of the most important lessons for a soloist to get down. Without locking in the subdivisions an improviser will always sound sloppy and loose in his playing.
