type of sound.\u00a0 I really dig the sound of Gene Ammons so I was very curious to try this piece&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/public.neffmusic.com\/WhiteTonalinSide.jpg\" rel=\"shadowbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; border: 0pt none  initial;\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/images\/stories\/easygallery\/88888894\/WhiteTonalinTop.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"280\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/public.neffmusic.com\/WhiteTonalinFront.jpg\" rel=\"shadowbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0px initial initial;\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/images\/stories\/easygallery\/88888894\/WhiteTonalinFront.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"280\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">As you can see from the pictures this piece has straight side walls that run down into the chamber.\u00a0 The mouthpiece plays with a big fat sound to it that isn&#8217;t as spread sounding as a slant or hard rubber link.\u00a0 It&#8217;s a bit more focused and has a nice centered core to the sound..\u00a0 I loved the sound in the upper register.\u00a0 The notes sound fat and round to me which I love up there.\u00a0 They just have a beautiful ring to them while still being soft and round sounding.\u00a0 On this cut I&#8217;m just playing the head of &#8220;Naima&#8221; and doodling around a little bit.\u00a0\u00a0 If you ever want a great mouthpiece Mark Sepinuck (10mfan) is the guy to know.\u00a0 I&#8217;m sending this one back to Mark.\u00a0 I was really tempted to add it to my collection but it&#8217;s tax time and&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;
