All I Know About Mouthpieces Part 1 (Video)

I've been asked quite a few times to do a lesson on mouthpieces and what I've learned about them over the years. In this video, I talk about my experiences with different mouthpieces and  show you a few examples of ones that I have in my studio. In this video I talk about all the aspects of tenor mouthpieces. I demonstrate the sounds of the different pieces  and show you what a difference in reed size and tip opening can do to the sound. The views expressed in this video are just my opinions but these are things that I have come to believe from playing hundreds of pieces over the years. Th mouthpieces I talk about in this video are a florida link STM, Modern NY link, LAW Buzzer, SP HR link,EB HR link. I also play on a mouthpiece that doesn't play that great for me so you can hear what I don't like about it. This is a 40 minute talk. I will continue in the future with Part 2. Enjoy!
