The blues scale is one of the most important scales you can learn as an improviser.  There is so much history and feeling to it that when you play a great blues lick nothing is better.

In this video lesson, I take you through the introduction and basic concept of my book "Mastering the Blues Scale Vol. 1"  The material is written out in the first 13 pages of the book but I add some examples and illustrations so that you can fully understand and implement the concepts being taught.
