Diatonic Patterns-Lesson 1 (Video,Audio & PDF))

In this lesson I introduce you to five common diatonic patterns that all improvisers should know. These are 4 note patterns that continue throughout a major scale. I show you how to practice these and then use them in your improvisation.  Having a solid foudation of diatonic patterns is a great start to developing melodic material that you can use as you improvise.  Included in this lesson is a pdf sheet of the 5 patterns in the key of C.
